1. What if the power on the grid goes out?

  • Our technology only relies on the electricity grid only to power the equipment that delivers broadband to your house. If thepower goes out, our equipment is fitted with power backupsthat will ensure continuous delivery to your home.

2. What are triple play services and can I use them with your service?

  • Triple play services are generally referred to as voice, video, and data. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver all IP relatedservices at fast enough speeds to support even the most demanding user’s requirements. With our service, you will beready to incorporate the cost effective technologies such asVoice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), digital television, and fast and reliable broadband.

3. What is a CPE?

  • CPE stands for Customer Premises Equipment, in other words,your broadband modem.Like any other modem, you can plugin your existing routers or wirless access points to the back of the unit. This means that you can have as many computers as you want, connected at the same time.

4. How is your service different from DSL or dial up?

  • We pride ourselves on being able to deliver true broadband. By using BPL service, you are always connected with speeds that satisfy your needs. BPL has the capacity to run at over 200 times the speed of DSL and 2000 times the speed of dial up depending on your connection package. Because we do not need to invest and maintain costly infrastructure, we can pass on our savings to you in the form of increased speeds and competitive prices.
